We do Not accept returns/ exchanges for:
- All earrings, without any exception, due to hygienic reasons,
- Items that have been used or altered.
- Sale items
We ONLY provide returns/ exchanges for the following conditions:
- The jewelry pieces were faulty or we have sent wrong items. You must notify us within 2 days of package arrival.

- Change of your mind returns & exchanges
A return & refund request must be sent to our email within 2 days of delivery.
Refunds due to change of mind will only be given for the value of the product, no refund on the shipping costs.
Items must be returned to us in the original packaging.
**Return shipping fees are at customers 'expense. You must arrange your own shipping method.
We recommend using a registered/trackable plan us as we are not responsible for lost packages.
Promotions / Free shipping discounts affected due to returns
** If a minimum required amount for a promotion or a free shipping deal is not satisfied after a refund has been processed, the discounted gap charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
Subtotal of the remaining items must still meet the minimum order requirement in order keep the promo / free shipping discounts.
All coupon or discount codes can only be redeemed once and cannot be transferred to any exchanges or used on a subsequent order.
